Dynamic purchasing system: Expert services for the RDI ecosystem for the Central Uusimaa Association of Municipalities
The procurement system covers innovation services, service system development services, project services and services related to management consulting in TKIO services (research, development, innovation and learning services). In addition, the subject of the procurement is piloting and testing services as well as continuous development and administration services for the use of the customer. Scientific communities are also invited to the procurement system.
The TKIO ecosystem forms a cooperation model regulated by an agreement between the customer and the research, development and innovation partners. The TKIO ecosystem produces research information, development services and innovations as the basis for development activities and management related to the customer’s production of social and health services. The purpose of the dynamic procurement system of the TKIO ecosystem is also to build and procure cooperation projects that produce effectiveness and are implemented across organizational boundaries. The object of the procurement and the operation of the procurement system are described in more detail in the appendix “Principles of the dynamic procurement system of the TKIO ecosystem”.
